Home Plant (Home campo)
The “Home plant” function” provides the user with basic information on the location of the plant including GPS coordinates andsatellite view, through which the plant itself can be identified in the maps, and also displays a form that shows the weekly weatherforecast of the place. In this function the ground cameras or webcams connected to the website portal, if any, show picturesupdated approximately every 15/20 minutes. Only for administrator users this function also provides a list of all users on the mailing list for the daily delivery of e- mail with a summary of the day weather information, electric output of the system, the telephone numbers of the owner and of the manager to contact for any urgent communication.
Daily Production (Produzione Giornaliera)
“Daily Production” function provides the user with a brief summary on production at various times of the day on all the varioussections of the plant (Location), showing both the overall production and minutes of plant shutdown, if any. In this function You canselect both the sections of the plant (column”Location”) and the period (Column “Output from date to date”) for which you want torestrict the display. If the user plans select data, the same functions are activated by pressing the "Apply" button after typing the desired values. It is also possible to change the display order of the data on the diagrams presented on the screen simply bypositioning on the caption of the column of interest and doing click with the left mouse button. With a single mouse Click on thecaption, the data will be sorted from the lower one, with a further Click the data will be sorted from the higher one.
QPS Detailed Production (Produzione dettagliata per QPS)
The function “QPS Detailed Production” provides the user with a detailed summary on production at various times of the day, allQPS (Parallel Strings Cabinets) on the field for each section (Site) of the plant and for the Inverter to which various QPS send the power produced by the strings connected to them. On the right side of the form is shown the date and time of the displayed data (latest update). On this function, You can operate selections both on sections of the plant (Site column) and on the QPS of which You want to observe the daily trend (QPS Number column) and on the Inverter to which the QPSs send the power of stringsrelated to them (Inverter column) and of the period (From date to date production) for which You want to restrict the display. If the user plans to use the selection criteria, the same function is activated by pressing the "Apply" button after typing the desired values.
Inverter Production (Produzione per Inverter)
The function Inverter Production, provides the user with the summary of production at various times of the day of all inverters already present in the field for each section (Site) of the plant. Obviously such a function is significant only in the presence of more Inverters in the cabin or more sections (Site). On this function, you can operate selections both on different sections of the plant (Column Site) and on the Inverter of which You want to observe the daily trend (Column Inverter Number) and on the period (from date to date of manufacture) for which you want to restrict the displaying. If the user plans to use any criteria of selection, the same are activated by pressing the "Apply" button after typing the desired values.
Inverter Detailed production (Produzione dettagliata per inverter)
The function “Inverter Detailed Production” provides the user with details of the production of any QPS connected to the Inverter. The data are presented indicating for each inverter both the production of each QPS at various times of the day, both the average per string, calculated by splitting the average production of each QPS for the number of strings to which it is connected. Obviously such a function is significant only in the presence of more Inverters in the cabin or more sections (Site). On this function, You can operate selections both on sections of the plant, if any, (Column Site) and on the Inverter of which You want to observe the daily trend (Inverter Number column) and on the period (From date to date production) for which you want to limit the display. If the user plans to use any criteria of selection, the same are activated by pressing the "Apply" button after typing the desired values
AC Production (Produzione AC)
The function “AC Production”, gives the user the possibility to effectively keep under control, through the portal, the managementof plant AC production data, for all sections (Site). At the time of the function recall, the portal will provide to load data relevant to the first available section (Site). With this function, You can also print - after a proper selection of the month and of year of interest – the prospect of AC plant production. By a specific List Box (identified with the site) You can select the section of which we want to display the data of AC production and the deadline if required. Clicking with the left mouse button on “Apply” , the system will reload the page displaying the production data of the first selected section (Site).
Alarm Log (Log Allarmi)
The display function “Alarm Log” gives the user the user the possibility to see the daily log where all the "events" and"anomalies", with date and time, are reported by the computer field. On this function You can select the period to be analyzed(from date to date) for which You want to restrict the display. If the user plans to use the selection criteria, the same functions areactivated by clicking on "Apply" after typing the desired values.
Wether plant data (Dati meteo del campo)
The “Weather Plant Data” function gives the user the possibility to view the most significant weather data of the plant during the normal working time of the PV system. In particular, the period under control goes from 05.00am to 20.00pm (local solar times is the reference). The average values shown on the screen are calculated and updated by the weather station 6 times an hour for each reference time indicated. The portal is updated every 15/20 minutes. It is possible to select the period (from date to date) for which you want to obtain the data display. If the user plans to use the selection criteria, the same functions are activated bycliking on "Apply" after typing the desired values.
Daily basic weather data (Meteo sintetico giornaliero)
The “Daily Basic Weather Data” function gives to the user the user the possibility to visualize a summary with the most significant plant weather data observed during the working time of the plant (from 5.00 to 20.00). The values shown are calculated and updated by the weather station 6 times an hour (local solar times is the reference) and published on the portal 3/4 times an hour. It is possible to select the period (from date to date) for which you want to obtain the data display. If the user plans to use the selection criteria, the same functions are activated by cliking on "Apply" after typing the desired values.
Detailed daily weather data (Meteo dettagliato giornaliero)
The “Daily Detailed Weather Data” function gives the user the possibility to view in detail the most significant plant weather data of the current day, recorded by the meteorological station every 6 times an hour, 24 hours a day (local solar times is the reference).The portal is updated 3/4 times an hour. It is possible to select a single day in which you want to know the details of the weather data. If If the user plans to use the selection criteria, the same functions are activated by cliking on "Apply" after typing the desired values.
Statistical overview (Quadro statistico)
The “Statistical Overview” gives the users the possibility to obtain, at any time, the situation regarding (DC and AC) production of each plant section at the time of the last updated data synchronization with the field. In such overview You can find for each section (Site), the daily production at the indicated time. The statistical observation is made on production data of the last week, ofthe last 14, 21 and 28 days and finally a summary of production with average data of the year. It 's possible to select a day as a final limit of the period taken in consideration by the statistical overview. If the user plans to use the selection criteria, the samefunctions are activated by cliking on "Apply" after typing the desired values.
Produtcion Control (Controllo Produzione)
“Production Control” gives the user the possibility to process all the DC/AC production data and related weather data month by month or day by day. Selecting the section of the plant for which you want to realize the control of production and the period (from date to date), You can process and display, for the period indicated, the last 31 days (when required the day by day mode) or the last 30 months (when the month by month mode is required). Of these data will be highlighted with special colored cells, the dataof daily production compared with the PVGIS production data. If the user plans to use the selection criteria provided, the sameshall be applied by pressing the "Filter Data to Production". You can also extract all the data of the plant combined with dailyweather data, in "CSV" format. These production data are therefore easily accessible to the more common applications of OfficeAutomation on the market.
Plant Stops (Fermo impianto)
The “Plant Stps” function gives the user the possibility to see in a condensed form all the "partial" or "Total" stops occurred in the plant, the details of these events indicated by the field computer field can be displayed in the function “Warning Log”. It is possible to select the period (from date to date) for which you want to limit the data display. If the user plans to use the selection criteria, the same functions are activated by cliking on "Apply" after typing the desired values.
Plant syncro (Sincro campo)
The “Plant Synchro” function gives the user the possibility to display the date and time portal updateding in relation with the dateand time of production data transmitted from the field computer; moreover, the time of all daily automatic setting and check operations programmed in the field computer are shown. This function shows the images of the plant taken with the specialcameras, updated approximately 3/4 times an hour.
Plant gallery (Gallery impianto)
The “Plant Gallery” function gives the user the possibility to view a series of shots showing the plant from various angles or in itsactive components (panels, inverters, transformers, etc..). it is possible to select the section (site) of which you want to displaythe images; by default all available images are displayed in a special slide-show. If you place the mouse over the image in the foreground, the slideshow is automatically paused, and to resume it it is sufficient to move the mouse from the image.
Documentation (Documentazione)
The function “Documentation” gives the user the possibility to download directly from the portal administrative and technicaldocumentation, business records and any other documents in electronic format you want to make available to the visitor.
PVGI Production table (Tabella produzione PVGIS)
“PVGIS Production Table”, is a function reserved for portal administrators for the introduction in the system of the values ofaverage production according to plant latitude / longitude necessary for the function of Production Control. These values are taken from the portal of the E U - PVGIS, which manages and updates the irradiation data and the production for each EU Member.
Monthly graphs (Grafici Mensili)
The “Monthly Graphs” function gives the user the possibility to view real-time graphs of AC and DC production, of radiation, ofrainfall and temperature, processed directly on the database of the portal. By consulting these graphs (whose trend is comparedwith the various annuities registered in the server) You can display production data in direct relation with weather data.
Last 15 days graphs (Grafici Ultimi 15 giorni)
The function of processing of the”Last 15 Days Graphs” gives the user the possibility to view real-time graphs of AC and DCproduction, of radiation, of rainfall and temperature, processed directly on the database of the portal directly compared with the trends of production and data forecast for the same period of the previous year. Through these graphics are immediately detectable all deviations of production level in relation to weather conditions (temperature, rainfall and radiation).
Information request (Richiesta informazioni)
The "Information Request" funcion gives the user the possibility to ask for information or explanations, selecting one of the "arguments" coded in the form, with the possibility in a specific area the details of the request. The information Request will be sent directly via portal to administrator who will then respond to the email at the specified address.
